5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at bd53, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Or if you deposit ৳42,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, applicable to the bonus amount only. For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before any bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• If wagering is not completed within the set time limit for fulfilling the bonus terms, the bonus may be forfeited.
• Misuse of bonuses by multiple members using the same device, IP address, or household is prohibited.
• bd53 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

bd53 has four VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). bd53 reserves the right to change VIP tiers and benefits.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the bd53 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The games are developed by accredited software providers and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the impartiality of results.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is abnormal due to a technical error or server issue, bd53 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the staked amount. Any winnings claimed on the basis of a faulty display will not be accepted.
